I made sure to read the book before watching the movie, but now I think I should’ve done the opposite. This leaves much to be desired detail wise and the quidditch match was not nearly as exciting as I had imagined it while reading. Being the first in the series I can only imagine that the following movies will build upon this to make an amazing franchise… or so I hope.
